OBJECTIVE

To provide on-call, online assistance to Executives, Managers, and Team Leaders on the subjects of enterprise engineering, enterprise architecture, mission-driven information technology, management improvement, and global integration. DOMAINS OF EXPERTISE

I've designed a fully developed continuous spiral life cycle methodology (General Endeavor/Enterprise Management - GEM) that integrates Enterprise Management, Improvement, Engineering, and Security.  GEM can also be described as an "organization management" or "enterprise management" pattern.

GEM can be supported by a large number of technologies, requiring varying degrees of integration.  Note: One specific commercial product, not commercially affiliated with OWIS or Roy Roebuck, seems to satisfy most of the GEM design specifications, and thus would not require as much integration for full-enterprise implementation of GEM for efforts such as automated support for EA, President's Management Agenda (PMA), Executive Branch Scorecard, GPRA, GMRA, FFMIA, CCA, or GPEA.

GEM provides support for integrated, whole-enterprise and value-chain (e.g., market segment) implementations of the recent Enterprise Architecture (e.g., CIO Council, OMB FEA,C4ISR, TOGAF, Zachman), Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA), Clinger-Cohen Act (CCA)/IT Management and Reform Act (ITMRA), CMMI/ISO-9000-2000/SixSigma, Balanced Scorecard, and Information Assurance requirements.  This provides a solid organization/function secured-mission basis for its support of linked technical projects in System Engineering, Software Engineering, and more).

I've also finally found several software companies, that have highest-quality products that can operationalize this methodology, and which meets my design specifications.

I've also found a large number of management consulting and systems integration and services companies, with the qualifications and public sector contract vehicles, to fully support any sized organization in implementing the above whole-enterprise management approach.

What is the description of my 'perfect' coaching experience?  "Operate as an on-call, online, independent coach to Owners/Citizens, Boards/Legislatures, Executives, Managers, and Team Leaders facing organizational, management, and information-technology challenges.  I provide unbiased advice, references, research, and evaluation of enterprise management, IT (strategies, architecture, infrastructure, systems, applications, and information products), and customer relations issues and concepts.  My "scouting the terrain" activities enable my clients to act on challenges and opportunities with greater assurance and knowledge.
